These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the relationship between you, the customer, and me, the operator of the online store www.myrarium.eu.

2. PRODUCTS AND ORDERING
All products offered on this website are physical goods.
Sales are available to customers across the European Union.
All orders placed through the online store are binding.
A purchase contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by email.
Before completing an order, you will be informed of the final price, including any shipping costs.
3. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices listed on the website are final.
I am not a VAT-registered seller, therefore no VAT is added or deductible.
Payment is available via Shoptet Pay (secure online payment gateway).
I reserve the right to change product prices in case of supplier price changes or obvious pricing errors.
4. SHIPPINg
Orders are shipped via Czech Post to all EU countries.
Shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order.
The orders are usually shipped the next working day but in rare ocasions may take longer. If not shipped until 5 work days the buyer can cancel the order.
Delivery time is usually 3–14 business days, depending on the destination country.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURN POLICY)
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
To initiate a return, please contact me at johanisotakar@gmail.com and I will provide you with the return address.
The goods must be returned undamaged, preferably in original packaging, within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Once I receive the returned goods, I will issue a refund within 14 days, using the same payment method you used.
6. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
All goods are covered by a 24-month legal warranty, unless stated otherwise.
If you need to file a complaint, please contact me at johanisotakar@gmail.com with a description of the defect (photos are welcome if applicable).
We will resolve the issue together based on the specific situation.
7. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Your personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and in compliance with applicable data protection laws (e.g. GDPR).
